Hindi speaking Organisations of Barak Valley submits memorandum to the Chief Minister of Assam

Hindi speaking Organisations of Barak Valley submitted a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister of Assam expressing their resentment that the hindi speaking people of Barak Valley are not properly involved in the preparation of Namami Barak Festival.
