Illegal Gas Cylinder Racket busted in Tinsukia

An illegal business of domestic gas cylinder from Lecenga area near Makum Bypass in Tinsukia district was busted by Tinsukia Police on Sunday.

Police informed that those running the racket were allegedly involved in gas cylinder smuggling in the area for the past few years.

The operation was carried out on the basis of secret operation.

Five members of the gang are now being interrogated by the police.
