New born baby-girl's body found dumped in the garbage on a roadside in Nagaon district

A new born baby-girl's body was found dumped in the garbage on a roadside at #Khagorijan in the #Nagaon district on Wednesday afternoon. Some local people noticed the baby girl's body lying near a blue coloured polythene bag. They immediately called the Nagaon Sadar Police Station who sent the body for post-mortem. Locals suspected it could either be a case of female infanticide or an unwanted child.
