People in Nowkhuti Village denied electricity connection even after paying money

The much hyped "Saubhagya Yojana" of the Narendra Modi Government for providing electricity to each household in rural and urban areas is yet to touch the people of Naukhuti village in Lanka under Hojai district. Allegedly the people of the village are yet to receive electricity connection even after paying money to the contractor. The people while expressing their frustration questioned the development slogans of the Government.
