Police constable killed by Miscreants in Nagaon

A sensational prevailed at Dumdumia in Nagaon on Saturday night when a Assam Police constable identified as Anil Das was killed by miscreants.

Anil Das was with his team of Assam Police led by DSP Laba Kumar Deka in a search operation to nab gamblers.

He was admitted at Bhogeswar Phukononi Civil Hospital, Nagaon where doctors declared him dead.

Meanwhile, police launched an investigation into death of Anil Das and nabbed one in connection with the incident.
