'Saubhagya' scheme launched today at Nagaland

'Saubhagya' scheme was launched today at Nagaland by the department of power with advisor H.Tovihoto Ayemi .Addressing at the launching programmer he said that 'Saubhagya' is government of India scheme to ensure the 'Pradhan Mantri Sahaj Bijli Har Ghar Yojana' which is launched across the country.
