Scuffle breaks out between two parties in Nagaon's Kampur, Several injured

A scuffle broke out between two parties in Kasuwa area in Nagaon's Kampur on Wednesday night.

As per reports, almost 16 people including few women received injuries and were shifted to Nagaon Bhugeswari Phukanani Civil Hospital for further treatment.

The injured persons were identified as Riyaj Uddin, Moijul Islam, Abdul Karim, Amir Uddin, Anwar Hussain, Ahiya Ahmed of Kandapara village and Ein Ali, Nazmul Hussain, Sabbir Hussain, Ribul Hussain, Mafida Khatun, Nurnihar Begum, Sahinsa, Eddis Ali, of Chankhula Tangia Bongaon area.

It has also come to light that both the area is under the Forest Department.

Following the clash, an investigation has been conducted by the Kasuwa Police Station.
