Sting Operation: Panchayat Secretary caught red handed accepting bribe at Badulipara

Panchayat Secretary of Badulipara Gaon Panchayat under Golaghat district, Lakhikanta Saikia, was caught red-handed on last Wednesday while accepting a bribe from Sarumani Bora who had approached Saikia to issue a certificate for his wife. Bora had alleged that Lakhikanta Saikia had asked him Rs 200 as bribe to issue the certificate.
