Two children aged 4 and 7, died in fire accident in Guwahati

Ishan Goswami (4) and Iban Goswami (7) died after their home caught fire in Basisthapur, Guwahati. According to the police, the brothers were playing on the first floor of their residence, when the incident took place.

Fire brigade arrived to douse the fire and rescue the residents, but it was already too late for the children. The kids were students at Srimanta Sankardev Academy in Dispur.

The fire allegedly occurred due to a cylinder blast.
