Watch How A Guwahati Family Nursed a Leopard Cub

At a time when we mostly hear about man-animal conflicts and people beating animals to death or burning animals alive to death, a rare case of people showing care and compassion has been reported from Assam. A family from Phulung village of North Guwahati rescued a Leopard cub, fed him milk and biscuits and took care of him after the villagers found the cub struggling to walk in the middle of a road near the village. The family then called the forest department officials. The humane act of Dharani Thakuria and his family has once again instilled the faith on the human race and makes one feel that not all is lost, humanity still exists.
