All Assam Half marathon held in Biswanath district

BISWANATH CHARIALI: All Assam Half Marathon competition was held today at Dipora, Barangabari under Gohpur sub-division in Biswanath district under the aegis of Fitness Corner, Dipora in association with Morning Star High School, Barangabari. Around 460 runners from all over Assam took part in the competition in which Bijay Deka from Jorhat secured first position while Suraj Chouhan and Prakash Chetry from Karbi Anglong got second and third positions, respectively. Mr Universe Mahadev Deka was present in the event as the Chief Guest who also gave away the prizes.
