GUWAHATI: Assam sprinter Amlan Borgohain made a good show at the Indian Grand Prix-1 held in Bengaluru on Friday. The athlete secured two medals, including a gold and a bronze. Representing the Reliance Foundation, Amlan claimed the gold medal in the 200m race with an impressive time of 20.83 seconds. In the 100m event, Amlan finished third, earning a bronze medal with a time of 10.43 seconds. Gurindervir Singh took the gold in the 100m with a record-breaking time of 10.20 seconds, while Manikanta Hoblidha secured the silver.
