Assam Emerge Champion In NE Shooting At Kahilipara Shooting Range

GUWAHATI: Assam emerged champion in the 9th North East Zone Shooting Championship which concluded at the Kahilipara shooting Range in the city today. Host Assam bagged 55 medals which included 24 gold, 17 silver and 14 bronze. Mizoram and Manipur finished second and third with 20 and 30 medals respectively. Altogether eight teams took part in the four-day championship.
