Big win for Assam in ASMITA Junior Girls Hockey Championship

GUWAHATI: Assam registered a massive 19-0 victory over Tripura in a group league match of the ASMITA Junior Girls Hockey Championship at the Tayabulla Hockey Stadium here on Sunday. The emphatic win marked Assam’s second victory in the tournament.

In the other match played on the day, Odisha outplayed Bihar 7-0, continuing their strong run in the competition.
