CM Sarbananda Sonowal launches website of Anirudhadeva Sports University

GUWAHATI: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal launched a website of Sri SriAnirudhadeva Sports University in a programme held at his official residence in Guwahati today.

Launching the website, Sonowal said that the sports university made a good beginning and would be successful in promoting sports as well as sports related activities in the State. He hoped that the university would be able to develop competitive and scientific environment for growth of sports in Assam.

Chief Minister further observed that taking forward the values and ideologies of Sri SriAnirudhadeva, the university would move ahead with sincerity and futuristic activities.

Vice Chancellor of the university JP Verma, registrar Sanjay Dutta, executive member Dr. ParamanandaSonowal, NiranjanSaikia, Prof. MN Dutta etc. were present among others at the launch of the website.
