Abu Dhabi: Captain of Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Mahendra Singh Dhoni has achieved another feat in his career. He becomes the first player in the history of Indian Premier League (IPL) to play 200 matches in IPL. Dhoni has represented only two teams in IPL, one is CSK, and another being Rising Pune Supergiant when CSK was suspended for two years.
He added another feather to his cap of achievements on Monday, as he played his 200th match against Rajasthan Royals at Sheikh Zayed Stadium. Dhoni also ranks third in the list of big-hitters with 215 maximums in IPL, following Chris Gayle (333 sixes) and AB de Villiers (231 sixes).
Suresh Raina, former CSK Vice-Captain took to Twitter to wish luck to MS Dhoni. Raina wrote, "You always make us proud."
