NEW DELHI: Indian Alpine Skier Arif Mohammed Khan has qualified for the 2026 Winter Olympics in slalom event, set to held in Milano Cortina.

This marks the second Olympic qualification for the Jammu and Kashmir boy after he became the sole representative of India at the Beijing 2022. The men’s races will be held in Bormio at the Stelvio Ski Centre. Arif has acculmulated enough FIS points to automatically make the cut for the Slalom event in Alpine Skiing.

The 35-year-old will now try to qualify for the Giant Slalom event in the next few races. Agencies
