
Dubai: International Cricket Council (ICC) chairman Jay Shah on Tuesday met Dubai Crown Prince Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, in Mumbai. India’s Test and ODI skipper Rohit Sharma, right-hand batter Suryakumar Yadav and all-rounder Hardik Pandya were also present.
The three players are representing Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025.
Jay Shah said these moments typify the uniting influence of cricket worldwide.

Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, who is also Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister of UAE is on a two-day visit to India from April 8. This is the first official visit of His Highness to India as the Crown Prince of Dubai. He will be accompanied by several Ministers, senior government officials and a high level business delegation.
