Assam Players Shine In South Asian Taekwondo

GUWAHATI: Four players from Vidya Niketan, Bokul Majgaon, Lahowal, Dibrugarh bagged medals in the 3rd South Asian Open Taekwon-Do ITF Championship 2019 held at Talkotra Stadium, New Delhi recently. Among the four medals two were gold which were won by Drisan Gogoi (boys pattern) and Keshav Sureka (boys sparring). Aditya Bukredia (boys pattern) and Daksh Vardan Sureka (boys pattern) collected silver medals in the championship. All four represented Assam in the competition.
