GUWAHATI: Promising Assam athlete Hemanga Borgohain won the silver medal in the U-20 men’s long jump event at the Indian Athletics Series held in Chennai on Sunday. Hemanga secured second place with a jump of 6.99 metres. Jithin Arjunan of JSW claimed the gold medal.
