Manoj Bags Bronze Medal in Asian Arm Wrestling Championship

Manoj Debnath of Assam clinched a bronze medal in the senior 75kg class at the 22nd Asian Arm Wrestling Championship 2025, held in East Delhi.

DIBRUGARH: Manoj Debnath of Assam bagged  bronze medal for India in 22nd Asian Arm wrestling championship 2025 in senior 75kg class in both hand held at Leela Ambience hotel in East Delhi from May 3 to 11, 2025. Kazakhstan won gold and Phillipines won silver medal respectively in the championship.  A  total 17 Asian countries took part in this prestigious championship. Speaking to The Sentinel, Manoj Debnath said, “I am happy to win the bronze medal in my category. The competition was tough. I gave my hundred percent but the players of the others countries done exceptionally well.”  Manoj hails from Dibrugarh.
