New Assam Hockey committee formed

GUWAHATI: Tapan Kumar Das has been unanimously elected as the President of Assam Hockey during the association's Annual General Meeting held in Nagaon on Sunday. A new 22-member Executive Committee was also constituted at the meeting, with all members elected unopposed. Kalyani Deka will serve as the Secretary General, while Nuri Jyoti Baruah has been named Treasurer. Kishore Jayanta Madhab was elected as the Senior Vice President of the committee.
