Odisha Defeated Assam by 27 Runs in Vijay Merchant Trophy

Guwahati: Odisha defeated Assam by an innings and 27 runs in Vijay Merchant Trophy match at the ACA stadium, Barsapara here today. In reply to Assam's first innings total 93, Odisha today bowled out 187 runs in their first innings. Ankur Gogoi performed well with the ball and picked up 6-60. However in the second innings also Assam failed to perform and the entire team was bowled out paltry 67 runs. Only three batsmen were able to score double-digit runs.
