Priyanuj Bhattacharyya Wins U-19 Title; Assam Secures Team Bronze

GUWAHATI: Assam’s paddler Priyanuj Bhattacharyya clinched the U-19 Boys’ Singles title at the 87th Inter-State Junior & Youth National Table Tennis Championships held in Dehradun on Thursday. He defeated Tamil Nadu’s PB Avanand 4–2 in the final. Earlier, the Assam team had also secured a bronze medal in the U-19 boys’ team event.
