GUWAHATI: A nice spell from Sidharth Sarmah (6-35) helped Assam Red to bowl out Assam Blue ‘A’ 151 runs in first innings in the Challenger Trophy Cricket championship held at Goalpara today. Assam Red was 82-4 in their first innings at stumps on the day I.

In another match of the day, held at Judges field in the city, Green ‘A’ scored 215-2 in their first innings against Assam Red ‘A’ at stumps on day I. Sanzow Brahma remained not out on 84 and he was getting accompany from Sarupam Purkayastha (40no). Vishal Roy (76) also contributed a good score on the board.
