SSCB, Manipur Bag Top Spot In Senior National Fencing Championship

GUWAHATI: SSCB and Manipur emerged champion in the men and women category in Senior National Fencing championship which concluded at the Deshbhakta Tarun Ram Phukan Indoor Stadium here today. SSCB collected 50 points on way to emerge champion and they were followed by Goa (9) and Rajasthan (6). In the women section Maipur and Punjab made good contest and the winner was separated by a single point. Manipur finished with 23 point and Punjab collected 22 points. Tamil Nadu took the third spot with 15 point.
