Marcus Thurgate to lead Japan in their maiden appearance

Tokyo: Marcus Thurgate will lead Japan in their maiden appearance at Under-19 World Cup slated to be held from January 17, 2020 in South Africa. Neel Date will serve as his deputy. “It means a lot to be the first captain of a Japan team to participate in a global cricket event.
