Nicodim Scores Hat-Trick As ASEBSC Thrash NF Railway

GUWAHATI: ASEB SC started their campaign in the GSA Super Division Football League in style thrashing NF Railway 5-1 at the Nehru Stadium here today. Nicodim Narzary scored a hat-trick. ASEBSC played attacking soccer throughout the game and needed just 7 minute to go ahead. Arjun Mardy scored the goal.

Nicodim Narzary came into the centre stage soon and scored his first goal in the 18th minute before Jigyas Deka made it 3-0 in 37 minute. Nicodim scored again in the 45th and 54th minute to complete his hat-trick. K C Lal scored the lone goal for NF Railway in the 40th minute.

In the 'A' Division Football League Kamrupa FC took all 3 points against Dynamo at the same venue today. Angandeep Rabha scored for Kamrupa in 75 and 78 minutes. Dynamo Club pulled one back through Binod Boro in the 85 minute.

Tomorrow's match: Assam Police Blues vs Guwahati Town Club (Super Division). Narengi SC vs Frontier Club (A Division).
