LONDON: Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has hinted that Marcus Rashford is likely to remain out of the matchday squad in their Premier League match against Liverpool.
Rashford, 27, has fallen out of favour at United and last featured for the Red Devils against Viktoria Plzen in the UEFA Europa League on December 13. Though United won that match, Rashford was far from impressive, receiving a yellow card and getting substituted in the 56th minute.
He has been out of the matchday squad since, except for the last clash against Newcastle United on New Year’s eve. Before the match against arch-rival Liverpool, Amorim said that the England international was unwell. IANS
