UFC Fight: Stephen Thompson Apologizes After Losing To Bedal Muhammad

New Delhi: Stephen Thompson, who lost the fight to Bedal Muhammad in the co-main event on Saturday, has apologized to his supporters.

Notably, less than 24 hours after the loss, Thompson took to the social media platform Instagram where he apologized to his supporters for the loss on Saturday in Las Vegas.

However, he voiced confidence in his future and ability to rebound from the setback.

"I want to apologize to my coaches, my family, and my fans for my performance," Thompson wrote. "I'm motivated not broken." he wrote on Instagram.

Muhammad controlled and dominated Thompson in the three rounds. Muhammad repeatedly dragged the fight to the ground and his efforts swept the judges' scorecards 30-25, 30-26, and 30-26.

Thompson has lost back-to-back outings and four of his most recent six bouts.
