Manchester United: Cristiano Ronaldo To Leave Club With Immediate Effect

LONDON: Cristiano Ronaldo left Manchester United by "mutual agreement." Ronaldo's departure was orchestrated by United, and that was made official on Tuesday.

However, Manchester United had hired attorneys to investigate potential legal action against Ronaldo for alleged contract violations.

The player, who had an extremely successful career at the club, makes these significant accusations in an interview.

There are no limitations on who he can play for going forward as he left without a payoff from the club.

The team wished him and his family the best of luck in the future and expressed their gratitude for his enormous contribution

throughout his two spells at Old Trafford, where he scored 145 goals in 346 games.

Everyone at Manchester United is still committed to advancing the squad's success under Erik ten Hag and collaborating to produce results on the field.

Ronaldo claimed that Manchester United was pressuring him to leave and that senior administrators lacked compassion after his

infant son passed away in April, that the Glazer family, the club's owners, do not care about the team, and that manager Ten Hag did not respect him.

During Ronaldo's absence, Manchester United barred him from the practice field and investigated legal options.

Ronaldo is currently in Qatar competing with Portugal in the World Cup.

Ronaldo, whose contract with Real Madrid terminated in June with around £13.5 million, said:

"Following conversations with Manchester United we have mutually agreed to end our contract early.

I love Manchester United and I love the fans, that will never ever change. However, it feels like the right time for me to seek a new challenge."

In January, United might look to replace him. Ronaldo won the Champions League, three Premier Leagues, the FA Cup, two League Cups, and

the Fifa World Player of the Year honour during his first stint at Manchester United, which lasted from 2003 to 2009.

However, the circumstances surrounding his departure and what led to it could severely damage his reputation.

After Ten Hag took over, he left two United games early after making it known that he wanted to leave in the summer.
