Guwahati: Summer tennis coaching camp concludes

Guwahati: The 10-day Summer Tennis Coaching camp, organised by the Guwahati Lawn Tennis Association (GLTA) at the RG Baruah Sports Complex, came to an end today. Altogether 20 players of GLTA Tennis Academy, in the age group of 7 to 16, took part in the camp which was supervised by the Chief Coach Rupam Gogoi and Assistant Coach Sahidul Islam of GLTA Tennis Academy respectively. In the brief closing function, Partha Sarathi Mahanta, Joint Commissioner of Police, Guwahati and a keen tennis player, Pulak Goswami, President, Guwahati Sports Association, President of the Guwahati Lawn Tennis Association Kalyan Kumar Das and others handed over the certificates and medals to the participating players.
