10th Assam Police Battalion, Guwahati Invites Tender for Supply of Hood Canvas

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender affixing non refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25/- (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only are hereby invited from the intending Supplier / Contractor for supply of Hood Canvas of the following Vehicles. The quotation will be received by the undersigned up to 02.00 P.M. on 24/07/2020 and will be opened on the same date at 04.00 P.M. in presence of the tenders or their authorized representative if any.

Terms and Conditions :-

The tenders must be accompanied by an earnest money @ Rs. 5000/- (Rupees five thousand) only in the from of NSC/ KVP or Bank demand draft duly pledge in favour of the undersigned.
The tenders must be written in ink or duly typed. Any correction in the tender should invariably be attested bear dated signature of the tenderers.
The selected tenders will have to complete the supply of Hood Canvas within 15 (fifteen) days on receipt formal supply order.
The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rate and may reject any or all the tenders without assigning reason thereof.
The tenderer will have to furnish up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Farm Registration Certificate and Assam Police Headquarter Registration Certificate along with their tenders.
The tenderer submit their up to date GST Registration Certificate along with their tender without which no tender will be accepted.
The tenderer must submit their Trade License / TIN / GRN along with the tender.
The tenderer will also furnish their Bank Account Number with any branch of State Bank of India for money transaction. No tender will be accept in absence of particulars mentioned in Serial No. 5, 6, 7 and 8.
The tender must be submitted in the office tender box.
The tenderer shall have to quote their rates inclusive all taxes and other charges etc. Sealed cover containing the tender must be superscribe as "TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF HOOD CANVAS" at 10th Assam Police Battalion, Kahilipara, Guwahati19.
