12th Assam Police Battalion, Jamugurihat, Sonitpur Invites Tender for Supply of Stationary or O.E. Articles

TENDER

On behalf of the Governor of Assam, sealed quotation affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and Paisa twenty five) only are invited from the intending firm for supply of stationary and O.E. articles to this office during the year 2020-21 and will be received by the undersigned on or before 20.06.2020.

The tender will be open on the same day at 14:00 hrs in presence of the tenderer or their authorized representative. The sealed cover intending tender should be subscribed as "Tender for supply of stationary or O.E. articles" for year 2020-21 and should be dropped in office tender box at office hours.

The tender must furnish earnest money of Rs. 3000.00 (Rupees three thousand) only in the form of Fresh Bank Draft only duly pledge in favour of the undersigned along with their tender failing which tender will not be accept. The earnest money of the unsuccessful tender will be converted in to recurring deposit.

The sealed tender will have to supply the articles to the office of the undersigned within 3 (Three) days from the receipt of the indent from this office at his own risk. If the articles are found below standard the same will be rejected and the supplier will have to replace the same within 2 (Two) days at his own cost.

The tenderers, must quote their rate inclusive of all @ tax/charge if any and up-to date income tax and sale tax clearance copies of GST, Registration Certificate etc. should be enclosed along with their tenders failing with tender will not be accepted.

The successful tender will have to enter into the undertaking for supply of articles thereof throughout the year 2020-21 as per rate approved. The cost of stamp paper etc. for the same shall have to be serve by the tenderer.

The tender must be written with ink or typed showing the rate of each items, size with band. The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rate and reserve. The right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

The rate quoted should be valid up-to 31/03/2021.
