2nd A.P.T.F. Bn. Lumding, Hojaj invites tender for purchase of roof paint materials

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25/- (Rupees Eight and Paisa Twenty Five) only are invited from the registered Suppliers/Contractors for purchase of Roof Paint Materials at 2nd A.P.T.F. Battalion, Headquarters, Lumding, District:- Hojai, Assam. The tender will be opened on 16-09-2020 at 1300 hrs. The tenderers or their authorized representatives may remain presents at the time of opening the tenders. The tender received late either by post or by hand or without court fee stump and other required documents will not be accepted.

1. The tender must be written in ink or duly typed and any correction in the tender should invariably bear date and signature of the tender.
2. The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest rates and reserved thc right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
3. An earnest money Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only in the form of NSC/Call Deposit etc. duly pledged in favour of the undersigned must be attached with the tender.
4. The selected tender will have to complete the supply within 15 days of the issue of the Supply order, failing which the contract will be cancelled.
5. The tenders will have to furnish up to date income Tax certificate, PAN card / GST Registration certificate/Tax Clearance certificate/Registration certificate of Assam Police Register Contractor along with their tenders.
6. The tender must be submit their tender in print form with showing their firm registration No. on the body at the tender forms.
7. The tenderers will also furnish their Bank Account No. with any Branch of State Bank of India for money transaction. No tender will be accepted in absence of particulars mentioned in serial no. 4, 6, 7 & 8.
8. The tenderers shall have quote their rates inclusive of all taxes, labour charges and other charges etc. sealed cover containing the tender must be super scrip as "PROPOSAL FOR PURCHASE OF ROOF PAINT MATERIALS AT 2ND A.P.T.F BATTALION, LUMDING, DISTRICT:- HOJAT, ASSAM".
