NOTICE INVITING e-TENDER FOR
"SUPPLY OF (DEEP FREEZE) FOR NADCP 2020-21
(NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING)

Ref: NIT No.IVB/NADCP/005/DEEP FREEZE/2020-21/273
DATED 8th JUNE, 2020.

As stated at clause 5 of under referred Notice Inviting eTender, the non-refundable tender processing fee had been fixed at Rs. 16,000/- (Rupees sixteen thousand only) which was wrongly published. It should be Rs. 1,600/- (Rupees one thousand six hundred only) i.e. 0.02% of on estimated value as per clause "2" of Government Office Memorandum vide No. FEB.269/ 2017/27 dated Dispur the 21/08/2019. The OM has been enclosed with the tender document for ready reference as additional document (Annexure-J).

Also, in view of extension of lockdown, following modification has been done.

1. Last date & time of bid submission : 24-07-2020 up to 11.00 AM
2. Last date & time of technical bid opening : 24-07-2020 at 14.00 PM.
3. The opening date of financial bid will be intimated later on.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 20-07-2020 at 3 PM at IVB, Khanapara.
