A.H. & Veterinary Department, Guwahati invite tender for supply of polypropylene vial

Short Notice Inviting Quotation

Sealed Quotations affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight & paisa twenty five) only are invited from reputed Firms/Contractors/Individual having GST registration for supply of 100 ml polypropylene vial with rubber cork and aluminium cap (H.S. Vaccine) to the office of the undersigned. The quotation will receive from 11.00 AM of 1st October'2020 upto 2.00 PM of 7th October'2020 and will be opened on the same date at 3.00 PM. The quotationer or their authorized agents may be present at the time of opening of quotations. The Joint Director, Institute of Veterinary Biologicals, Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Assam, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof.

The detail Technical Specification of the items and the Terms and conditions may be collected from the office of the undersigned during office hours of working days.

The rate and taxes payable should be indicated against each item separately.
