AISF Bn.-I, Bahbari, Sonitpur Invites Tender for Supply of Items

NOTICE INVITINGTENDER (ANNUAL)

Sealed tenders on plain papers affixing non-refundable Court Fee stamp of Rs. 8.25/- (Rupees eight and twenty five paise) only with sealed samples of Stationery items are invited from intending Suppliers/ Dealers/ Firms/ Distributors or their authorized agents for supply of items as per list enclosed for the year 2020-2021 to the office of the Commandant AISF Bn-I as mentioned in the Annesxure-I.

The tender with samples must reach the undersigned on or before 1500 hrs on 14.07.2020 and no tender received thereafter will be accepted. Intending tenderers shall submit tenders in the Tender Box fitted in front f office chamber of the Commandant AISF Bn.-I, Bahbari, Sonitpur.The tender box will be opened on the same day at 1500 hrs in presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives. In case the date of closing of tender falls on holiday declared by the Govt, on any circumstances, the next working day will be treated as last date of submission of tender.

Intending tenderers are requested to collect relevant paper/ document/ list of articles etc. on any working day from 12.00 AM to 4.30 PM from the office of the undersigned.
