AMCH, Dibrugarh Invites Tender for Supply of Items

TENDER NOTICE (e-Tender)

Sealed tenders affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Paise Twenty Five) only from reputed Companies/ Principals/ Manufacturers/authorized dealer, dealing with the surgical/Cath Lab items and other consumables are invited for purchase of the same on annual rate contract basis for the period of 2 (two) years by the Superintendent, Assam Medical College & Hospital, Dibrugarh - 786002, Assam.

We expect good amount of discount on your products as our institute is an educational and Public Service Institute. The Tender documents containing detailed information/ terms and conditions for the purpose can be downloaded from website www.assammedicalcollege.in Those who download the tender document from website should enclose the DD / bankers cheque for Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) (non-refundable) and EMD of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) should be paid in the form of Demand draft/FD/BG in favour of Member Secretary, HMS payable at SBI Assam Medical College Hospital, Branch. The tender documents are not transferable.

Sealed Tender duly super scribed "Tender for supply of surgical/cath Lab. Items, hospital furniture and other consumables" addressed to the undersigned may be sent by post so as to reach by (time) hrs on or before (date) or deposited in the Tender Box (both Technical & Financial bids) installed at office of the Superintendent, Assam Medical College Hospital, Dibrugarh. Tender received after stipulated date/time as shown below shall not be entertained under any circumstances. The Tender will be opened on (date) at (time) in the office of the Superintendent, Assam Medical College Hospital in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present. Online submission of tender is compulsory. Only tender submitted in the tender box will be outright rejected.

Any future clarification and/or corrigendum(s) shall be communicated through www.assamtenders.gov.in
