Army Public School, Shillong invite tender for outsourcing of secuity guards, drivers, peons & cleaners

NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR OUTSOURCING OF SECURITY GUARDS, DRIVERS, PEONS & CLEANERS AT ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL SHILLONG, HAJIPIR ROAD, LABASEE LINE, PO-UMLYNGKA, SHILLONG-05

Sealed tenders are invited under Two Bid system from reputed agencies, either by themselves or as a joint venture/consortium/partnership having capacity to provide the required number of uniformed trained manpower for the security guard, drivers, peons and cleaners at ARMY PUBLIC SCHOOL SHILLONG, for a period of two years on outsourcing basis. The eligible interested bidders may submit their bids in two bid format –Technical bid and Financial bid. The contents to be included in the technical bid are given in Annexure A and the financial bid must be submitted in the format given in Annexure B of the tender document. The tender document may be obtained from the School on payment of Rs. 1000/-. Last date for submission/receipt of tender(s) is 05/11/2020 at 1230 Hrs. The tenders received after the above said scheduled date and time will not be considered. No tender by email/FAX will be entertained.
