Assam Khadi & Vill. Ind. Board, Guwahati Invites Tender for Deep Tube Well

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed Tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamps of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & paisa Twenty Five) only and is hereby invited in plain paper from the registered contractors of APWD or any other Govt. organization or firm (s) with having requisite experience for same works:.

The tenderer(s) are offered their rates as per /above/below/ of APWD (B) Schedule of rate for the year 2013-14 and APHED Schedule of rate for the year 2015-16 and showing non schedule items will be received by the undersigned up to 15:30 hours of 15-06-2020 and the same will be opened on the same date at 4.00 PM in the office of the undersigned in presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives who will like to be present. Rates once quoted cannot be changed at subsequent times.

If any tenderer have interested to collect the detail estimate of the same work, may contact the In-charge of the Construction Cell of the Board to obtain Xerox-copies of the estimates. All the work should be carried out as per required IS specification and provision of Assam Public Works Department Schedule ofrate for the year 2013-14 (B) and Assam Public Health Engineering Department Schedule of Rate for the year 2015-16.

The tenderer must be furnished the following valid document along with the offered rate.

1. lPO for worth Rs. 25/- only
2. Requisite Experience Certificate
3. Contractor Registration Certificate
4. Bank Solvency Certificate
5. Balance Sheet for last three years
6. Valid Labour License from the authority of Labour Commissioner
7. Income Tax clearance certificate
8. Valid G.S.T. Number or Registration Certificate.

The time for completion of work will be I (one) month in all respect after issue of the formal work order. The contractor shall be drawn the Tender Agreement in APWD, F-2 Form with the undersigned by depositing Earnest Money if necessary.
