Barpeta irrigation invites tender to work MDTW schemes under RIDF -XXV

Sealed tenders in prescribed form eventually to be drawn in A.P.D.W.D. F-2 form of agreement affixing Non-Refundable Court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight, Paise twenty five) only are hereby invited from registered Contractors of Irrigation Dept. for the work of 4(four) nos of MDTW schemes under RIDF -XXV (NABARD) under Nalbari Division (Irrigation), Nalbari. Detail specification of works, terms and condition, group wise amount etc. will be had from the office of undersigned during 11.00 AM to 3 P.M of office hour upto 31/ 08/2020. The tender will be received upto 1 P.M. of 01/09/ 2020 and opened on the same day at 2 P.M. If for any reason last date of receiving or issuing tender paper is declared as holiday/ Bandh, the tender will be received and opened on next working day at the same time as mentioned above. Earnest Money : 2% against work value for general and 1% for SC, ST, OBC, MOBC.

Special clause:

4) The contractor will have to submit the copy of up to date registration certificate/ GST/Labour licence/PAN.

5) The payment of work is subjected to availability of fund and mo claim will be entertained for interest/delayed payment in future thereof.

6) The concerned authority reserved the right to accept/reject any or all tender without assigning a reason there and is not bound to accept the lowest rate.
