Bongaigaon Forest Division Inviting Tender (e-Tender)

Sealed tender affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only are invited from the intending participants for Soil Moisture conservation work by civil Construction over Bamunjhora stream and vegetative wall by planting bamboo etc. along the contour of the RF land as detailed below:

The Tenders will be received up to 2.00 P.M. (IST) on 23.12.2020 in the office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Aie Valley Division, Bongaigaon and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 P.M. (IST) in presence of the participants in tender or their authorized representatives. In the event of unforeseen bundh/holiday etc. the tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time.

Detailed particulars of the work and other terms and condition may be seen in the office of the undersigned during office hours. Tender papers and other details may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during working hours up to 22.12.2020 on payment of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred) only, Rs. 5/- (Rupees five) only for each set of tender notice and form respectively. The undersigned is not bound to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

The right to participate in the tender is restricted to registered Contractors of Assam Forest Department. Bidders are advised to ensure their eligibility before quoting. Tenders submitted by ineligible bidders shall not be considered and the same shall be summarily rejected.
