Deori Autonomous Council Narayanpur, Lakhimpur invites tender for conducting GNM course

Expression of Interest is invited from interested Institutions, Trust, NGOs for conducting GNM course among educated youth under Deori Autonomous Council for the financial year 2020-21 as per following Terms & Conditions:

1. The intending Govt. Departments, Institutions, Trust, Organizations and Govt. Department should have requisite reorganization, empanelment, registration etc. from AICTE, Govt. of India, Universities, various Govt. Departments and Organizations etc. for respective course.
2. The intending Govt. Departments, Institutions, Organizations should have requisite infrastructure facilities like-sufficient class room, hostels, furniture, kitchen & dining hall, electricity, running water provision etc. which should be clearly described in the EOI.
3. The intending Govt. Departments, Institutions, Organizations should have requisite nos, of qualified and efficient faculty members, viz experienced Master Trainer, Demonstrator, Asstt Trainer etc. which should clearly be mentioned in the EOI.
4. The intending Govt. Departments, Institutions, Organizations should furnish the seat capacity for respective course.
5. The intending Govt. Departments, Institutions, Organizations should clearly mention duration of different Courses, requisite academic qualification, age etc. and name of diploma/certificate for respective course and furnish training modules along with the EOI.
6. The intending Govt. Departments, Institutions, Organizations will clearly mention unit cost for all requisite expenditure which would be involved in the training along with food and refreshment, hostel expenditure etc.
7. The intending, Govt. Departments, Institutions, Organizations shall have to furnish evidence of perpetual succession of the organization, institution through audit report, activity report etc. along with the EOI.
8. The trainees shall be selected by the council and placed as per convenience of locations after selection of the Institution and Organization.
9. The DAC has discretionary power in respect of selection of Organizations, Institutions, selection of trainees, allocation of fund etc. which shall be followed at the time of implementation of the course.
10. The EOI should be received on and before 07.09.2020 up to 3.00 p.m. in the office of the undersigned.
