Deputy Commissioner of Police (Admn.), Guwahati invite tender for supply of spare motor parts

TENDER NOTICE

An Annual Tender Notice for supply of spare motor parts for Govt. vehicles & Motor Cycles of Police Commissionerate, Guwahati for the Financial Year 2019-2020 was published vide this office memo no. CPG(R)/MT/2020/14-21 Dtd. 27.02.2020 for submitting the Quotations from the respective firms on or before 25/03/2020. Accordingly, a notice was issued vide this office Memo No. CPG(R)/MT/2020/34 Dtd. 23.03.2020 and Memo No. CPG(R)/MT/2020/86-93 Dtd. 23.06.2020 for postponement of the earlier date as fixed for last date for submission of Annual Tender, due to present emergent situation of COVID-19 the whole process of Tender Call for the Financial Year 2019-2020 was passed over. Hence, the Annual Tender for supply of spare motor parts for the Financial Year 2019-2020 will be treated as 2020-2021.

Further, Sealed tenders affixing court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and paise twenty five) only are hereby invited from the intending proprietors of spare parts of Motor vehicles within G.M. Corporation for supply of spare parts for Govt. vehicles on or before 19.10.20 up to 12 A.M.

The tender must be dropped in the tender box placed in front of the M.T. Branch, Police Commissionerate, Guwahati. The tenders will be opened on 10.10.20 in presence of the tenderer or their authorize representatives at 02.00 P.M.

The terms and conditions will be remain same as mentioned in the earlier Annual Tender Notice issued vide this office memo no. CPG(R)/MT/2020/14-21 Dtd. 27.02.2020.
