Dhakuakhana Municipal Board, Dhakuakhana Invites Tender for Supply of Auto Tipper with hydraulic system

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders affixed with non-refundable court fee stamps of Rs.8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa only) are hereby invited from reputed suppliers/manufacturers for the following item:

Terms and conditions :

1. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all charges, including GST.
2. The quotation papers should be complete in all respects with Trade License, PAN card. GST registration, SSI (EM 1) registration.
3. Proof of having delivered such machinery to at least 3(three) Municipal Boards of Assam should be attached along with the tender.
4. The vehicles have to be delivered to the Dhakuakhana Municipal Board within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of issue of the order.

The tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned in office hours upto 10/07/2020. The last date of receipt of tenders is 15-07-2020 (up to 2 pm) and these will be opened on the same day at 3 pm, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives, who wish to be present. In case that day happens to be a holiday, the tenders will be opened on the next working day.

The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders, without assigning any reasons thereof and neither does he bind himself to accept the lowest rates quoted
