Dhemaji-Jonai Soil Conservation Division, Silapathar Invites Tender for Protection of River Bank Erosion

SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER

No. RIDF-XXV/2020-21/896 Dt. 15.07.2020 Sealed tenders, for technical and financial bids, in prescribed formats, affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 10.00 (Rupees ten) only from the intending Govt. Registered Contractors/ Firms/Company Ltd-/ Joint Venture Unit, for implementation of the following schemes which will be received up to 2.00 PM on 29.07.2020 and opened on the same date at 2.30 PM on 29.07.2020 in presence of the tenderers or their authorized agents. Separate sealed and super subscribed envelopes are to be used for both technical and financial bids and put them together in a single envelope. If due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the tenders cannot be opened on the aforesaid date, the same will be opened on the next working day. The qualified parties, only in respect of the technical bids, will be eligible for competing in the financial bids. Tender paper can be obtained from the office of the undersigned from 21.07.2020 up to 2.00 PM on 29.07.2020 by depositing Rs. 200 (Two Hundred) only for each group in the form of IPO.

Detailed terms and conditions, plan and estimate and tender document may be obtained from the office of the undersigned on or before 28.07.2020.

Major terms of References:

The work order will be served as per the decision of the competent authority
Earnest Money: 2% of estimated value in case of General and 1 % of estimated value in case of SC/ST/OBC/unemptoyed Graduate Engineer.
Overall quoted rate beyond 5% below the estimated amount for the projects which total value of item of works is more than 50% fall under Earth Work category will not be accepted
Overall quoted rate beyond 2% below the estimated amount for the projects which total value of item of works is more than 50% fall under Construction Work category will not be accepted.
