DIPR, Dispur invites tender for production of Quickies

Sealed tender on plain papers affixing non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight and Twenty Five Paisa) only in two Bid system are invited from reputed Firm/ Producer/ Director having 5 years experience in producing/ Directing Documentary, Quickie and Audio spot etc. for production of Quickies as per Technical specifications/configurations mentioned in Tender Paper.

The tender must reach the undersigned up to 1:00 P.M. on 28th August, 2020. Tender received thereafter will not be accepted. Intending Bidder(s) should submit tenders into the Tender Box kept in the office of DIPR, Assam, Dispur.

Intending Bidder(s) may collect the Tender Paper/ Documents on payment of non-refundable Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) only in the form of Demand Draft/IPO pledged in favour of DIPR, Assam along with written application with seal and signature of the concerned firm on any working day during office hours till 27th August, 2020. Tender Papers / Documents are non- transferable.

The Tender Box will be opened on the same day or on subsequent working day if it falls on Government holiday at 2.00 P.M. The Financial Bids will be opened only in respect of those who qualify the Technical Bids. All the firms/agencies will have to give a Power Point presentation on the day of opening of Tender at 2.00 PM. The Financial Bids will be opened only in respect of those who qualify the Technical Bids.
