DIPR, Guwahati invite re-tender for binding of newspapers volume as per following specification

NOTICE INVITING RE-TENDER

Notice Inviting tender on plain papers affixing non refundable court fee stamp of Rs 8.25 (eight and twenty five paisa) only in two Bid system are invited from reputed firm for Binding of Newspapers volume as per following specification.

Binding of Newspapers volume Containing big size Newspapers like The Hindustan Times, The Assam Tribune, Dainik Asom, Asomiya Pratidin etc and magazine Raijor Batori, Each volume will contain Newspapers for a period of one month.

The tender will reach the undersigned up to 1.00 pm 13th October 2020. Tender received thereafter will not be accepted and undersigned shall not be responsible for y delay in submission of tender. Intending tenderer(s) shall submit tender into the Tender box kept in the office of DIPR, Assam, Dispur.

The Tender Box will be opened on the same day or on subsequent working day if it falls on Govt. Holiday at 1.30 P.M in presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives present at the time only for Technical Bids and Financial Bids will be opened only for those who qualify Technical Bids.

Intending tenderer(s) may collect Tender paper/Documents on payment of non-refundable Rs 200/- (Rupees Two hundred only) by cash along with written application with seal and signature of the concern on any working day during office hours from 11.00 am to 4.00 pm till 12th October 2020. Tender papers and documentations are non-transferable.
