DIPR, Guwahati invite tender for supply, installation, commissioning and operation of LED Billboards

NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER

The Director of Information and Public Relations, Assam invites e-tender from the Govt Registered firms/Manufacture/ Authorised Distributors incorporated and registered in Assam, under the competent authorities and must have registered office in Guwahati and having experience in the field of electronic outdoor advertising (i.e. LED Billboard) with sound technical and financial capacity for supply, installation, commissioning and operation of LED Billboards in the state of Assam during the financial year 2020-21.

The bid documents will be available online from 15/10/2020 and the bid should be submitted online in the website https://assamtenders.gov.in. The bidder is required to have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) from one of the authorised Authorities as indicated in the website https://assamtenders.gov.in.

The bidders are required to submit original copy of the Technical Bid to the Director of Information and Public Relations, Assam on or before the last date of submission, failing which the bids shall be declared unresponsive and summarily rejected. The tender should be uploaded online as per prescribed schedule.
